MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

1. The name of the Society is SARASWATHI SAMRAJYAM.

2. The Registered office of the Society shall be situated in the state of Andhra     Pradesh.

3. Saraswathi Samrajyam has concern for application of science and technology for     earth, environment and people and committed to the accomplishment of concept     of sustainable development as a prime goal. The objectives of the society to     achieve this goal are as follows:

    i. Information technology, IT enabled services, communications, health and     hygiene, hydrology, geosciences, biosciences, ecology, energy and environment,     microeconomics, rural development, Indian and foreign language studies,     infrastructure finance and infrastructure planning and management are the prime     areas of concentration of the Society in order to achieve the primary objective of     accomplishment of sustainable development.
